No reservations are required for any of our restaurants. However, we recommend making a reservation in advance as seating may be unavailable due to full capacity or private events.
Additionally, some menu items require advance reservations, so please inquire.

*Breakfast does not require reservations.

Private rooms are available at the following restaurants.
They can be used for various occasions such as anniversaries, business entertaining, birthdays, formal meetings, celebrations, and memorial services.

When dining at our hotel restaurants and bars, you can earn either Gourmet Points or Gourmet Miles.
To earn Gourmet Points, please present your IHG® One Rewards card. To earn Gourmet Miles, please present your ANA Mileage Club card.

Present your card to earn 1 point for every ¥100 spent (including tax). (Excludes ANA Crown Plaza Beer Terrace and room service.) Please note: If you do not request points at the time of payment, we cannot process retroactive claims.

ANA Mileage Club Card Gourmet Miles
When paying with your ANA card or presenting your ANA Mileage Club Card at hotel restaurants and bars, you earn 1 mile for every ¥100 spent (including tax).
Please note that if you do not request this at the time of payment, we cannot accept retroactive applications.

We do not have parking available at the hotel. Please use nearby parking facilities.

■ When using the “Akita City Public Parking Lot,” we offer complimentary parking vouchers as follows:
・¥1,500 or more spent: 1 hour
・¥6,000 or more spent: 2 hours

As an exclusive accommodation benefit at ANA Crowne Plaza Akita, we provide complimentary bottled water. *Reservations made through travel agencies or other online platforms are not eligible.

Please join IHG® Rewards Club and present your membership card at check-in. Points will be credited starting from the night of your stay on the day you register for the program.

Points will not be credited for any stay charges recorded in your IHG® Rewards Club account prior to your program registration date.

A “stay” refers to one night or consecutive nights at the same hotel, including cases where you check out and then check back in.

Points are eligible for a stay once payment for the qualifying room rate is completed, covering nearly all rate types.

Prior registration with IHG® Rewards is required before your stay.

Reservations made through third-party sites such as Rakuten Travel, Jalan.net, ANA websites, etc., are not eligible for benefits or points, even for IHG® One Rewards Club members.

ANA Card and ANA Mileage Club (AMC) members can enjoy a 5–10% discount off the Best Flexible Rate at ANA Crowne Plaza Akita.

To earn AMC miles, you must enroll in IHG® Rewards(free enrollment).

If you leave any personal belongings behind in your guest room or anywhere in the hotel, we generally do not contact guests about them.
If you believe you may have left something behind, please contact the hotel directly (Hotel Main Number: 018-832-1111).

 
If we ship the item, it will be sent collect (at the guest’s expense). Food items will be disposed of on the day of your departure.

 
Other lost items are regularly turned over to the police station. If you contact us and the item has already been turned in to the police, we may ask you to contact the police station directly. We appreciate your understanding.
