Guests who share our commitment to reducing environmental impact are kindly requested to bring their own shaving kits and similar items.

Start your morning with a refreshing glass of mild white dashi. Help yourself to white dashi from “Ando Jozō,” a long-established miso, soy sauce, and pickle maker headquartered in Kakunodate. Enjoy a refreshing start to your morning with its light, fragrant flavor.
