JA Akita Shinsai Yuri Beef Fattening Division members raise Japanese Black cattle. On the highlands blessed with the pure air and clean water of the Chokai Mountain foothills and abundant pasture, producers carefully raise each animal with proven techniques. Characterized by fine-grained fat, even the marbling (fat) is delicious.
