Each plate, crafted with locally sourced ingredients, offers an encounter with new flavors.
Indulge in our “Reward Onigiri” where you choose your own fillings and rice, alongside abundant regional flavors like Akita’s famous “Kiritanpo Nabe” hot pot and “Inaniwa Udon” noodles.
Of course, the buffet’s classic menu items are also available, now with even more refined quality.

“THE 10” is

“THE 10” is a new breakfast concept developed by the ANA Crowne Plaza brand under the supervision of brand producer Yoko Shibata. It offers a premium, experiential morning meal where guests encounter “delicacies unique to the region.” Centered around the keywords “local,” “creativity,” and “discovery,” each hotel showcases its regional character while featuring 10 signature menus that highlight the professional skills of the hotel chefs. Enjoy memorable breakfast experiences, such as freshly made “reward rice balls” prepared right before your eyes, featuring classic and unique ingredients, alongside a lineup of 15 different rice accompaniments and 15 different bread accompaniments.

Local Cuisine Kitchen: Inaniwa Udon

Inaniwa udon, counted among Japan’s three great udons, is a dried udon noodle made using a hand-stretched method passed down since the Edo period in Yuzawa City, southern Akita Prefecture. It is characterized by its smooth, slippery texture and firm bite.
