Internet Reservation System Terms of Use

This website is operated by Akita Hotel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). To enable customers to use the internet reservation system operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the System”), the following Terms of Use have been established.

 

1.Reservation Request

  1. When using this system, customers shall comply with general Internet etiquette, moral and technical rules, and other laws and regulations of Japan.
  2. We strictly prohibit the use of this system for profit-making purposes, including paid arrangement services, regardless of the reason.

2.Reservation Eligibility

  1. Use of this system is limited to customers who have agreed to these rules. Furthermore, by making a reservation using this system, you are deemed to have agreed to these rules.
  2. This system is intended for users whose various settings for characters, email, printers, etc., are properly configured. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for the operational results of users who do not meet these conditions or for any resulting effects.

3.Customer Registration

  1. Please register via the registration screen. A registration completion notification will be sent to the email address you provided. After that, you will be able to make reservations.
  2. Registration is free. There are no registration fees, annual fees, or any other charges whatsoever.
  3. The handling of your personal information shall be in accordance with the provisions of our separate Privacy Policy. However, this shall not apply in cases where a request is made by a public authority (such as the police or courts) based on laws and regulations.

4.Reservation Changes and Cancellations

  1. If your registered information changes, please promptly update your registration using this system.
  2. If you are unable to use this system due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the hotel directly. Please note that no change or cancellation notification will be sent if you contact our company.

5.Penalty

In the event a reservation is canceled due to reasons attributable to the user, we will charge a cancellation fee in accordance with our terms and conditions.

6.System Changes and Interruptions

  1. We may change the operation or content of this system without prior notice to customers if we deem it necessary. Please review these rules each time you use the system.
  2. We may temporarily suspend this system without prior notice or consent to customers in any of the following cases:
  3. When performing maintenance or construction on this system, or when we determine that an interruption is necessary due to other circumstances on our part.
  4. In the event of natural disasters, other unforeseen circumstances, or the risk thereof, making operation difficult.

7.Responsibility

  1. In using this system, you shall be responsible for all actions taken by yourself and all actions taken from your email account, regardless of whether you personally performed such actions or whether there was any negligence on your part. Furthermore, when using this system, if you cause damage to a third party, except in cases attributable to our negligence, you shall resolve any disputes with said third party at your own responsibility and expense.
  2. If a user causes damage to our company or this system through any of the following acts, we shall be entitled to claim compensation from said user for all damages incurred.
    • Violation of the separately stipulated accommodation terms and conditions.
