Local winery “TOYOSHIMA FARM” wines now available at our restaurant
As a new taste born from Akita’s nature, our hotel will offer wines from TOYOSHIMA FARM this winter.
The winery is located in Yajima Town, Yurihonjo City, at the foot of Mount Chokai. Representative Kosei Toyoshima began cultivating wine grapes in 2016. The wines, crafted from grapes nurtured by the abundant, pristine underground water flowing from Mount Chōkai, offer a fresh, crisp aroma and a soft, clear palate.
We invite you to savor this exceptional bottle, reflecting the terroir of Akita, alongside our cuisine.

About “TOYOSHIMA FARM”
Yurihonjo City, Yajima Town, a winery nestled at the foot of Mount Chōkai. Representative Kosei Toyoshima began cultivating wine grapes in 2016 and opened his long-dreamed-of winery in 2024. Centered on winery operations, he aims to revitalize the region and connect agriculture to the future, crafting distinctive wines.
The wines, made from grapes nurtured with abundant, pristine underground water from Mount Chōkai, are characterized by fresh, crisp aromas and a soft, clear mouthfeel.
