This pound cake is made with Gion Tsujiri’s Uji Matcha, and uses Akita ingredients such as Akita’s local sake (Takashimizu Dessert Jungin), salt from the Oga Peninsula, and Akita Komachi powder (rice flour).<\/p>\n

Four varieties from our \u201cFermented Mayo\u201d series, made using Ine to Agave brewery lees, are now available.<\/p>\n

This plant-based mayonnaise-style seasoning uses only plant-derived ingredients. As its main ingredient is rice and agave \u201cbrewery lees\u201d\u2014free from additives from the rice field to the brewery\u2014it’s an environmentally friendly alternative food.
